1. Manage sales order collection and perform order entry and modifications.
2. Oversee delivery processes and provide shipping instructions.
3. Generate customer invoices in collaboration with the finance department.
4. Operate return processes within the SAP system.
5. Create and maintain customer master data.
6. Provide reporting to business stakeholders.
7. Support ad-hoc requirements as needed.
8. Act as the main contact for sales, finance, planning, and logistics departments.

1. College degree or higher.

1. Proficiency in SAP SD/MM module.
2. Experience in Excel analysis.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of prioritization.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience with SAP SD/MM module and Excel analysis is required.
