- Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand identity, client demographics, product goals, and service aspects.
- Rotate through various divisions to provide innovative ideas for business growth and improvement.
- Accept and complete designated business-focused projects, including research, proposal development, and presentation of final projects.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and facilitate sales.
- Offer suggestions to management for enhancing customer service and internal processes.
- Become proficient in internal software systems.
- Assist in the creation of performance reports.
- Act as an ambassador for Kering's esteemed fashion brands.
- Ensure compliance with brand e-commerce and retail policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests.
- Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of the client experience and enrich the Group's strategy.
- Share client feedback with relevant departments to enhance processes, services, and quality.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with patience, diplomacy, and effective listening.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and enthusiasm for the brands and products.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client services is preferred.
$21.00 per hour
