1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand identity, client demographics, product goals, and service aspects.
2. Rotate through various divisions to provide innovative ideas for business growth and improvement.
3. Accept and complete designated business-focused projects, including research, proposal development, and presentation of final projects.
4. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and facilitate sales.
5. Offer suggestions to management for enhancing customer service and internal processes.
6. Become proficient in internal software systems.
7. Assist in the creation of performance reports.
8. Act as an ambassador for Kering's esteemed fashion brands.
9. Ensure compliance with brand e-commerce and retail policies.
10. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests.
11. Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of the client experience and enrich the Group's strategy.
12. Share client feedback with relevant departments to enhance processes, services, and quality.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client services is preferred.

$21.00 per hour
