Kenzo Selling Supervisor

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Uphold brand values in customer interactions and sales team coaching.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
- Maintain a comprehensive client book to support client engagement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Efficiently manage inventory and anticipate merchandise needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and organized.
- Support visual merchandising and operational needs.
- Oversee client delivery processes and resolve delivery issues.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in management's absence.
- Assist in resolving client situations and coaching sales staff.
- Collaborate with management on stock, merchandising, and product knowledge.
- Support inventory preparation and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with management on replenishment and product feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
- Experience with European or luxury brands preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, with a preference for experience with European or luxury brands.
$19-$22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
