Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

- Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality for demand forecasting.
- Maintain and update demand forecasting tools such as Excel and Anaplan.
- Support the preparation of data for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis.
- Run and maintain weekly performance reports and support Supply & Demand reporting.
- Update relevant dashboards to reflect current data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs and improve data flows.
- Support functional teams in setting up new processes and attend demand review meetings to document key takeaways.
- Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; experience in beauty is advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in handling large datasets.
