Hennessy Social Development Manager

- Organize and prepare meetings with employee representative bodies, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Participate in Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committees and Proximity Commissions.
- Prepare and support negotiations with trade unions, ensuring effective implementation of key company agreements.
- Provide operational advice on labor law and social relations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.
- Contribute to the management of individual and collective social affairs, including disciplinary cases and contract terminations.
- Collect and consolidate social data for the preparation of social reports and other HR reporting.
- Define and deploy the company's disability policy, ensuring alignment with CSR and diversity strategies.
- Provide individualized support and job accommodations for employees with disabilities.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions to promote an inclusive corporate culture.
- Manage legislative monitoring and reporting related to the employment of people with disabilities.
- Develop external partnerships to enhance the company's disability initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Social Law, Human Resources, or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a company with active employee representative bodies.
- Mastery of social dialogue in industrial environments.

Advanced degree in Social Law, Human Resources, or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
