1. Provide insights into luxury management and retail operations.
2. Act as a liaison between retail counters and field sales teams.
3. Ensure the field team is equipped with necessary materials such as uniforms and promotional items.
4. Independently manage the internal POS/CRM system.
5. Assist in organizing internal retail conferences.
6. Track and report success metrics both internally and externally.
7. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
2. Practical experience, preferably in sales, controlling, or back-office management.

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in English; French is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
4. A keen eye for aesthetics in presentations.

Open to entry-level candidates with relevant academic and practical experience.

Enrollment in a relevant degree program with at least three semesters completed.
