Guerlain Retail Management Intern

- Provide insights into luxury management and retail operations.
- Act as a liaison between retail counters and field sales teams.
- Ensure the field team is equipped with necessary materials such as uniforms and promotional items.
- Independently manage the internal POS/CRM system.
- Assist in organizing internal retail conferences.
- Track and report success metrics both internally and externally.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
- Practical experience, preferably in sales, controlling, or back-office management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English; French is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A keen eye for aesthetics in presentations.
