Guerlain Merchandising Distribution Intern

- Assist in the development and implementation of Trade Marketing animations and point-of-sale installations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage creative feedback loops, and ensure internal and external validation of point-of-sale advertising materials.
- Handle quotations and oversee production and installation processes.
- Draft internal merchandising newsletters, including competitive analysis and updates on Guerlain's achievements.
- Create 2D planograms across three axes using specialized software.
- Act as the primary contact for field teams regarding merchandising issues, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage after-sales service requests and handle restocking and reproduction needs.
- Prepare orders for furniture, products, advertising materials, and visuals, ensuring logistical follow-through.
- Maintain the merchandising database and monitor store openings and renovations.
- Currently enrolled in a business school at a Master's level (Bac+4/+5) or equivalent program.
- Previous significant experience in project management.
