Guerlain Makeup Trainer and Coach

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and masterclasses on products, exclusive sales techniques, and educational workshops across France.
- Lead specialized training sessions, particularly in makeup expertise.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops during training events such as Christmas briefings, training evenings, and product launches.
- Manage and energize group interactions during training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Provide on-the-ground coaching, refining sales ceremonies, service offerings, and product valuation.
- Conduct individualized coaching sessions following Guerlain's methodology.
- Draft coaching reports and ensure personalized follow-up with managers and the Training Manager.
- Oversee logistical and organizational preparation for training sessions, including setting up training rooms, managing gifts, and organizing products.
- Customize presentation materials according to briefs and launch priorities.
- Draft detailed post-session training reports, including attendance sheets and Q&A feedback.
- Lead the creation and development of the internal newsletter, distributed bi-monthly, and propose content ideas.
- Proactive, autonomous, and creative individual with excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of organization.
- Confirmed experience in sales and training/coaching, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Proficiency in the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of makeup techniques, supported by a makeup artist diploma.
- Service-oriented mindset within the luxury sector.
- Business and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within France.
- Training and coaching expertise

Minimum of 5 years in sales and training/coaching within the luxury cosmetics or fragrance industry.
Diploma in Makeup Artistry
