1. Develop comprehensive training materials for product launches in skincare, fragrance, and make-up, including storytelling and key selling points.
2. Translate marketing content into educational resources aligned with the brand's image for the Retail & Education community.
3. Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for Education teams.
4. Serve as a primary contact for international markets regarding education-related inquiries.
5. Maintain an active international training community through regular digital communications.
6. Draft "Education Mag" newsletters for the Retail community.
7. Assist with annual budget monitoring and tracking deliverable timelines.
8. Conduct retail and field visits to Guerlain and competitor locations to stay informed about industry trends.
9. Coordinate creative projects with external agencies.
10. Support managers in event preparation and organization, including contributing to PowerPoint presentations and room setup.

1. Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field, seeking an end-of-study internship.

1. Dynamic and self-directed with strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent team player.
3. Fluent in English and French.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Teach on Mars is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
