- Develop comprehensive training materials for product launches in skincare, fragrance, and make-up, including storytelling and key selling points.
- Translate marketing content into educational resources aligned with the brand's image for the Retail & Education community.
- Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for Education teams.
- Serve as a primary contact for international markets regarding education-related inquiries.
- Maintain an active international training community through regular digital communications.
- Draft "Education Mag" newsletters for the Retail community.
- Assist with annual budget monitoring and tracking deliverable timelines.
- Conduct retail and field visits to Guerlain and competitor locations to stay informed about industry trends.
- Coordinate creative projects with external agencies.
- Support managers in event preparation and organization, including contributing to PowerPoint presentations and room setup.
- Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field, seeking an end-of-study internship.
- Dynamic and self-directed with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team player.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Teach on Mars is a plus.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field.
