Guerlain Europe Key Account Assistant Intern

- Serve as the primary liaison for e-retailers' commercial teams, Guerlain Europe Teams, and local markets, understanding local nuances and engaging markets in the retailer's strategy.
- Support negotiation preparations and ensure the definition and proactive follow-up of commercial terms, coordinating trade and e-trade plans in alignment with Guerlain Europe's strategy.
- Analyze the performance of activities and implement action plans, recommending trade plan alignments to harmonize retailer and brand strategies, and preparing detailed sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and efficient handling of requests, fostering trust with both markets and retailers.
- Facilitate smooth communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on global launch plans and collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (Bac +4/5)
- Sensitivity to the beauty and luxury industries
- Previous experience as a Key Account Assistant or Category Manager Assistant is appreciated
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong organizational and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English
- Agility and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to adapt to a multitasking, dynamic, and international environment
- Autonomy and leadership
- Enthusiastic team player
No prior experience required, though previous experience as a Key Account Assistant or Category Manager Assistant is appreciated.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field (Bac +4/5).
