1. Execute and analyze sales performance and KPIs across all UK channels.
2. Report on product performance and develop new reports based on business needs.
3. Support retail network projects and incentives, coordinating activations and ensuring stakeholder communication.
4. Prepare internal and external presentations with accurate data.
5. Manage temporary staffing projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Assist in stock management and replenishment, coordinating with marketing, sales, customer service, and finance departments.
7. Provide administrative support to the Retail Department.
8. Support the Education team with training administration and logistics.
9. Assist with travel bookings and hospitality arrangements.
10. Create purchase orders and prepare budget reports and trackers.
11. Organize retail and training events, including consultant awards and brand conferences.
12. Assist with newsletters and communication with consultants.
