4. Present products effectively to engage and convince clients through storytelling.
5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice based on their needs.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or surpass individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receipt of items.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess strong knowledge and control of inventory.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of Gucci's brand and product offerings.
