4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
5. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
7. Promote open communication with team members, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
8. Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong business acumen and strategic vision in fashion and retail.
3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
