1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.

3. Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
4. Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new prospects.
5. Drive cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
7. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
8. Manage product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
