- Organize logistics for qualitative research studies, including managing relationships with partners such as recruiters and venues.
- Implement and oversee study frameworks, ensuring regular client reporting.
- Arrange and coordinate necessary resources such as venues and video conferencing tools.
- Program and monitor online communities.
- Manage study logistics, including participant recruitment and compensation.
- Coordinate with various study partners.
- Handle administrative and financial tasks, including billing and maintaining compliance with certification procedures.
- Negotiate with service providers.
- Develop and expand the network of service providers.
- Contribute to OpinionWay's innovation policy, particularly in integrating data visualization.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a research institute.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
