Givenchy Senior Human Resources Manager

- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, from identifying needs to final candidate selection and integration.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, overseeing career development, training, and mobility.
- Guide performance management and potential evaluation processes, ensuring effective execution and participation in talent reviews.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team on annual salary reviews and promotions.
- Manage individual employee relations, including exits and terminations.
- Support organizational evolution and manager development in a transformative context.
- Contribute to HR projects, focusing on knowledge transmission and partnerships with industry bodies.
- Manage and develop an intern, fostering their growth and contribution.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist roles.
- Experience in the fashion industry, particularly with creative or product functions.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust across all levels and cultures.
- Proven ability to manage change and support individuals and teams through transitions.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and French.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, including roles in the fashion industry and familiarity with creative or product functions.
