- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in local and/or second languages.
- Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.

At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
