1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
2. Proficiency in local and/or second languages.
3. Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with versatility and autonomy.
5. Team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.
6. Ability to excel in test and learn situations, striving for improvement and innovation.

At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
