2. Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs, preferences, and style.

5. Guide clients through the product range, highlighting distinctive elements of each item.

8. Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.

11. Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
12. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to empathize with customers.
3. Proficiency in local and/or second language.
4. Genuine passion for fashion and understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
5. Team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.

At least 3 years in a similar role within luxury or fashion retail.
