- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in local and/or second language.
- Genuine passion for fashion and understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
- Team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.
At least 3 years in a similar role within luxury or fashion retail.
