Francis Kurkdjian Senior Regional Account Executive

- Drive sales and exceed objectives for distribution channels.
- Execute store-level strategies including events, merchandising, training, and staffing.
- Develop strong business partnerships and an exemplary in-store selling team.
- Conduct sales performance and goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management.
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events with store executive teams.
- Coordinate with the National Events Director for event planning and execution.
- Communicate business trends and competitive insights within the region.
- Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Sales Director regarding performance and issues.
- Conduct extensive in-store and virtual training on product knowledge and marketing strategy.
- Coach product specialists on clienteling, email etiquette, and new launch execution.
- Ensure presentation guidelines are executed to brand standards.
- Manage expense guidelines and projections for travel and store activities.
- Utilize the MFK Backstage App for training and information updates.
- Complete monthly store damage assessments.
- 5+ years of field leadership experience.
- Located in Bergen County, NJ.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with store departments and management.
- Strong people skills for recruiting and selecting Brand Ambassadors.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
