Francis Kurkdjian Business Manager

- Manage the Bergdorf Goodman business and team, driving performance through exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.
- Optimize sales through brand sales initiatives and selling techniques in alignment with Maison standards.
- Conduct sales performance reviews and execute activities to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop business plans with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Regional Director.
- Plan and execute special events, partnering with the SR Regional Account Executive and Training Team.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, including VM updates as directed by the National VM team.
- Monitor business results to identify growth opportunities and communicate trends with the SR Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure CRM system usage for client follow-up.
- Track daily business activities, including sales, samples, and stock, to improve sales diversification.
- Complete weekly business recaps for Senior Regional Account Executive and Sales Director.
- Utilize MFK Backstage training app for team training completion.
- Manage operational aspects of the counter, including inventory and VM updates.
- Prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training professional.
- Passionate about the MFK brand and its values.
- Empathetic, positive, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player with strong listening and communication skills.
- Resourceful with strong analytic skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Availability to meet business needs.
- Limited travel based on business needs.
- Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management.
Salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, with flexibility for expertise, performance, and tenure.
