1. Oversee and manage all logistical activities related to sample and press product flows.
2. Handle incoming shipments from national, international, or wardrobe sources, including opening, verifying, checking, and system entry of products.
3. Organize outgoing shipments to national and international destinations, ensuring accurate issuance of delivery notes and customs documentation via Stealth 3000.
4. Plan and coordinate international and local pick-ups, including those in Rome, using Excel and internal systems, with labeling and time management.
5. Interface with couriers such as UPS, FedEx/TNT, DHL, managing logistical requests autonomously based on editorial and operational priorities.
6. Support Rome logistics during fashion weeks, internal sales, and special events, ensuring issuance and traceability of shipments from logistics hubs to locations or suppliers.
7. Supervise and procure consumable materials (packaging, stationery, etc.) to support daily press office activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Fashion GPS, Logimoda, Stealth 3000, and working knowledge of SAP.
2. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. High flexibility and dynamism.
4. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a similar capacity is required.
