1. Ensure proper store operations according to guidelines.
2. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
3. Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements.
4. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
5. Organize back of house areas, stock rooms, and maintenance rooms.
6. Serve as liaison between sub-contractors and vendors to verify work standards.
7. Control store expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping.
8. Ensure proper cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
9. Manage petty cash in accordance with company policy.
10. Facilitate and ensure completion of inventories and cycle counts.
11. Collaborate with the Legal department on risk, security, and audits.
12. Ensure proper ordering of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
13. Maintain accurate records of repairs and after-sales service follow-up.
14. Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
15. Ensure all associates are aware of and comply with HR policies.
16. Train new joiners on back-office procedures, including POS and schedules.
17. Ensure all associates comply with POS policies and procedures.

1. At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back of house.
2. Experience in team management and building effective teams preferred.
3. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

1. Administration and financial skills.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Fluent in English.
