1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
6. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
