1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable retail experience.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure high-quality packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. English proficiency at C1-C2 level; additional languages are advantageous.
