1. Oversee the financial operations of the leather goods plant in Florence.
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
4. Prepare and monitor key industrial KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, waste, and extra consumption.
5. Monitor stock levels and support the inventory process, including validating inventory adjustments.
6. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing detailed financial plans and projections.
7. Analyze actual vs. budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
8. Present financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
9. Define, implement, and continuously improve financial processes and workflows.
10. Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in the leather goods or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in the leather goods or manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
