Christian Dior Maintenance Technician

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the Blois logistics sites.
- Guarantee the optimal functioning of technical installations and equipment.
- Install, adjust, and upgrade equipment as necessary.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring continuous availability of materials and conveyors.
- Analyze frequent breakdowns to propose sustainable solutions and maintain a stock of spare parts.
- Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans to prevent damage or blockages.
- Stay informed about existing equipment solutions to remain at the forefront of technology.
- Coordinate emergency or maintenance interventions, including basic welding if necessary.
- Document technical intervention sheets and update the maintenance management system (GMAO).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of premises, furniture, vehicle fleet, and handling equipment.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for equipment or infrastructure issues.
- Participate in compliance and safety audits of building infrastructures.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve organizational methods.
- Train service users and support operational teams.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation by being available and responsive to incidents.
- Manage external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Contribute to the development of prevention plans in collaboration with the safety department.
- Prepare comparative quotes to propose the best quality/price offers to the manager.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, leveraging technical expertise.
- Bac+2 in maintenance or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Proficiency in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Minimum electrical certification H1B1 / Maneuver / BR
- Aerial platform training desired
- Knowledge of TIG welding
- Understanding of photovoltaic systems
- Methodical with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Teamwork and dialogue skills
- Environmental and safety awareness
- Proactive attitude
- Technical reading ability in English
A minimum of 5 years in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization in maintenance is required.
