1. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the Blois logistics sites.
2. Guarantee the optimal functioning of technical installations and equipment.
3. Install, adjust, and upgrade equipment as necessary.
4. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring continuous availability of materials and conveyors.
5. Analyze frequent breakdowns to propose sustainable solutions and maintain a stock of spare parts.
6. Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans to prevent damage or blockages.
7. Stay informed about existing equipment solutions to remain at the forefront of technology.
8. Coordinate emergency or maintenance interventions, including basic welding if necessary.
9. Document technical intervention sheets and update the maintenance management system (GMAO).
10. Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
11. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
12. Perform maintenance and upkeep of premises, furniture, vehicle fleet, and handling equipment.
13. Provide technical support and problem resolution for equipment or infrastructure issues.
14. Participate in compliance and safety audits of building infrastructures.
15. Identify and propose solutions to improve organizational methods.
16. Train service users and support operational teams.
17. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation by being available and responsive to incidents.
18. Manage external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
19. Contribute to the development of prevention plans in collaboration with the safety department.
20. Prepare comparative quotes to propose the best quality/price offers to the manager.
21. Participate in cross-departmental projects, leveraging technical expertise.

1. Bac+2 in maintenance or equivalent

1. Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics
2. Proficiency in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
3. Minimum electrical certification H1B1 / Maneuver / BR
4. Aerial platform training desired
5. Knowledge of TIG welding
6. Understanding of photovoltaic systems
7. Methodical with strong analytical skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Solution-oriented with a strong service mindset
10. Teamwork and dialogue skills
11. Environmental and safety awareness
12. Proactive attitude
13. Technical reading ability in English

A minimum of 5 years in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization in maintenance is required.

Bac+2 in maintenance or equivalent
