Christian Dior Industrial Controller

- Review and standardize processes across divisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for capex and opex.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and prepare management reports.
- Ensure all investments are supported by business cases and ROI analyses.
- Manage operating costs including utilities, rent, security, and maintenance.
- Monitor project progress against budget in terms of deadlines, costs, and returns.
- Drive efficient capex and opex reporting.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Define and improve processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a business partner to the operations function.
- Enhance monthly analysis and optimize operating expenses against budget.
- Provide reports to top management.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Address internal audit requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 5 years in finance controlling.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
