1. Review and standardize processes across divisions.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for capex and opex.
3. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and prepare management reports.
4. Ensure all investments are supported by business cases and ROI analyses.
5. Manage operating costs including utilities, rent, security, and maintenance.
6. Monitor project progress against budget in terms of deadlines, costs, and returns.
7. Drive efficient capex and opex reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with deadlines.
9. Define and improve processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
10. Act as a business partner to the operations function.
11. Enhance monthly analysis and optimize operating expenses against budget.
12. Provide reports to top management.
13. Ensure data integrity.
14. Address internal audit requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
7. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 5 years in finance controlling.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
