- Coordinate production and manage product flows by consolidating sales forecasts, stock levels, and specific customer needs.
- Monitor delivery plans, challenge supplier commitments, and anticipate risks to ensure product availability.
- Define and communicate business priorities to industrial and logistics teams.
- Maintain, analyze, and manage Supply Chain performance indicators such as stock coverage and product availability rates.
- Provide production forecasts to enable suppliers to appropriately scale their industrial capacities.
- Oversee seasonal product launches and distribution, participate in initial planning meetings, and adjust flows as necessary.
- Maximize product availability for permanent products while optimizing stock levels across the supply chain.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional teams and the Business Unit on distribution matters.
- Establish and structure the sales forecasting process in collaboration with business teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing Supply Chain tools and processes.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage an intern.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution, Demand, or Supply Planning within a demanding international environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and information systems (Excel, Power BI, Anaplan).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Agility and ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and persuade.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to manage complex quantitative data.
- Leadership, service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability.
- Good understanding of business challenges and the Supply Chain value chain.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in Distribution, Demand, or Supply Planning.
