Christian Dior Assistant Data Analyst & Quality Performance Intern

- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of finished product quality by providing relevant information from customer feedback and retail stock analyses to the Quality Production teams.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of quality issues by geographic area, identifying common product types and defects.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on action plans implemented by production to resolve identified quality issues.
- Produce accurate and relevant quality reports, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data used.
- Establish control and validation mechanisms for data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Define, formalize, and maintain up-to-date all central Quality processes in collaboration with industrial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional teams.
- Formalize and update finished product inspection processes in partnership with various industrial quality departments.
- Design and implement tools for analyzing quality control reports to facilitate the identification of trends and potential issues.
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
