1. Participate actively in the continuous improvement of finished product quality by providing relevant information from customer feedback and retail stock analyses to the Quality Production teams.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses of quality issues by geographic area, identifying common product types and defects.
3. Ensure rigorous follow-up on action plans implemented by production to resolve identified quality issues.
4. Produce accurate and relevant quality reports, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data used.
5. Establish control and validation mechanisms for data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
6. Define, formalize, and maintain up-to-date all central Quality processes in collaboration with industrial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional teams.
7. Formalize and update finished product inspection processes in partnership with various industrial quality departments.
8. Design and implement tools for analyzing quality control reports to facilitate the identification of trends and potential issues.

1. Enrolled in an engineering or business school.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
4. Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
6. Attention to detail and rigor in action plan follow-up.
