1. Assist in the welcoming and orientation of new Ambassadors and students, facilitating their immersion into the Cheval Blanc universe.
2. Participate in organizing key internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month', new arrivals, Ambassador evenings, and festive events.
3. Support the logistical coordination and administrative follow-up of training sessions.
4. Contribute to the organization of internal events and recognition moments that enhance the life of the Maison.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC +3/5) in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools.
2. Fluency in French, both spoken and written; English proficiency is appreciated.
3. Discretion, practical mindset, and adaptability.
4. Rigor, precision, and organizational skills.
5. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Autonomy and strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Passion for hospitality and maintaining a professional image.

No prior experience required.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
