1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens and workspaces under the supervision of the Chief Stewarding.
2. Ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all staff by adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and establishment procedures.
3. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishware, and staff areas, including waste containers and designated waste areas.
4. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as utensil washing machines.
5. Collect, sort, and dispose of waste while adhering to recycling guidelines.
6. Assist in receiving goods and preliminary product preparation under the kitchen team's supervision.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is preferred.
