1. CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality environments

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spa Booker, and Opera Cloud
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
4. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
6. Customer service and hospitality acumen
