- Serve as the confidant and artisan of well-being for prestigious guests, ensuring a bespoke service that creates memorable and exclusive experiences.
- Coordinate various hotel services, including housekeeping, room service, and concierge, to meet guest expectations and provide a harmonious experience.

- Coordinate special attentions, personalized gifts, and exceptional services for guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs, responding with discretion and efficiency, and ensuring perfection while respecting guest privacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles such as Housekeeper, Assistant Maître d'Hôtel, Receptionist, Concierge, or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in sales and communication techniques.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera Cloud, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
- Strong general culture and knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong potential for representation.

The position offers a 13th-month salary after one year of service, provided and laundered uniforms, meals at the staff restaurant, access to LVMH private sales after six months, 90% reimbursement of transportation costs (Pass Navigo, Vélib, Transilien), a corporate Uber account subject to eligibility rules, and secure bicycle parking.
