1. Participate in creating a refined and personalized in-room experience, ensuring every detail contributes to guest comfort and satisfaction.
2. Assist the Room Service Manager and team in delivering discreet, precise, and attentive service adhering to the Maison's standards of excellence.
3. Contribute to the setup and maintenance of the point of sale, ensuring cleanliness, order, and optimal supply throughout service.
4. Coordinate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure a seamless and efficient service flow.
5. Assist in serving orders with discretion and professionalism, including tray setup and preparation of food and beverage orders.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Catering (such as BTS)
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong gastronomic culture
