1. Actively contribute to the quality of the pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products, forming the foundation of culinary creations.
3. Support Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of pastries and desserts, applying culinary techniques.
4. Participate in service according to hotel rules and procedures, ensuring an impeccable guest experience.
5. Assist in mise en place, ensuring meticulous presentation.

1. CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry.

1. Experience in a similar establishment.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products.

7. Desire to learn and progress in the field under the guidance of a Chef de Partie.

Beginner level experience required.

CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry.
