1. Contribute actively to the quality of pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for products, forming the foundation of culinary creations.
3. Support Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the crafting and development of pastries and desserts, applying culinary techniques.
4. Participate in service according to hotel rules and procedures, ensuring an impeccable guest experience.
5. Assist in mise en place, ensuring meticulous presentation.

1. CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry required.

1. Experience in a similar establishment required.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products.
3. Passion for pastry.

7. Desire to learn and progress in the pastry field under the guidance of a Chef de Partie.
8. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
9. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms.

Beginner level experience in a similar establishment is required.

CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry.
