Cheval Blanc Marketing Director

- Lead the development, coordination, and monitoring of central and local marketing plans, ensuring a comprehensive 360° vision in collaboration with Sales and Communication teams.
- Translate business objectives into clear, operational, and prioritized marketing plans with defined performance indicators.
- Ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational implementation at both central and local levels.
- Oversee operational marketing and coordination of 360° action plans.
- Facilitate seamless orchestration between local hotel teams and central expert functions, including Communication, Digital & Client Experience, CRM, Social Media, and Brand Content.
- Act as the primary coordination point to ensure consistency and effectiveness of actions and optimize synergies.
- Uphold brand image consistency across all platforms and actions, balancing creative expression with commercial objectives and operational constraints.
- Deploy a results-oriented marketing approach with a strong understanding of P&L impacts.
- Ensure marketing actions directly contribute to revenue generation, demand stimulation, and client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and continuously adjust plans.
- Establish, manage, and track central and local marketing budgets with rigorous financial discipline.
- Ensure cost control without compromising strategic coherence or brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Communication, and local management to ensure strong alignment and shared ownership.
- Foster, coordinate, and align multiple stakeholders around common goals, bringing method, structure, and clarity.
- Confirmed experience (10 to 15 years) in marketing management or directorship, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to articulate strategic vision, operational implementation, and business performance.
- Experience working with both central and local teams.
- Strong business acumen and P&L sensitivity.
- Pragmatic, results-oriented, and efficient approach.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in resource-constrained environments.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing ecosystems (brand, digital, CRM, content, social media).
- Natural facilitator and conductor, capable of listening and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Clear and structured mindset, able to simplify complexity and provide clarity.
- Operational leader, comfortable with both strategic framing and operational management.
- High standards combined with a collaborative, respectful, and engaging leadership style.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing & Data.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including CRM and customer data management, performance marketing (SEO, SEA, paid media), customer journey, and digital experience.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive performance, optimize campaigns, and inform decision-making while ensuring brand coherence and commercial priorities.
- Comfortable working with digital and data experts, able to challenge, arbitrate, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and ROI.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in data analysis, using dashboards, and tracking performance indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in marketing management or directorship, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sectors.
