1. Maintain, launder, and organize linens for the hotel, restaurants, spa, and staff uniforms.
2. Collaborate closely with housekeeping teams and external laundry service providers.
3. Ensure each linen piece and textile is impeccably maintained, laundered, and stored.
4. Identify and address any defects, stains, or imperfections with precision.
5. Apply expertise in textiles and maintenance techniques, adhering to Cheval Blanc's standards.
6. Manage linen inventory to meet the needs of the hotel, restaurants, and spa.

1. Minimum of one year experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment.
2. Knowledge of luxury hotel industry standards.

1. Proficiency in hygiene and safety standards.
2. Sewing skills.
3. Good command of English (written and spoken) is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
5. Outstanding presentation and customer service skills.
6. Attention to detail, availability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
7. Team spirit.

A minimum of three years of experience is required.
