- Manage personnel files, including creation, updates, classification, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and update essential HR documents such as contracts, amendments, attestations, and termination documents.
- Oversee personnel onboarding and offboarding processes, including inventories, uniform distribution, and checklist validations.
- Collaborate with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs and support internal movements.
- Participate in the logistical management of uniforms, badges, accommodations, and supplies for Ambassadors.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data in information systems, adhering to legal obligations and company values.
- Facilitate internal life by organizing activities, celebrations, and special events for Ambassadors.
- Propose initiatives to enhance team cohesion, motivation, and talent retention.
- Contribute to internal communication through official channels such as newsletters and digital groups.
- Animate internal and external networks, particularly the Ambassadors' Facebook page, highlighting achievements and values.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end dining, is advantageous.
- Strong interest in HR challenges within demanding, excellence-driven environments.
- Proficiency in HR fundamentals: recruitment, personnel administration, training, and onboarding.
- Mastery of office tools (Office suite) and familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Passion for human interaction, service, and operational excellence.

Entry-level experience, including internships or academic projects in Human Resources, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
Accommodation and meals provided throughout the internship. Uniforms are supplied and laundered. Transportation costs covered (100€ each way). Bicycle loan available under conditions. Work with passionate teams.
