1. Lead and coordinate the housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas.
2. Collaborate closely with Butlers to ensure bespoke service.
3. Craft unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guest desires.
4. Ensure all spaces, from grand suites to discreet service areas, reflect the commitment to excellence.
5. Enhance guest experience through meticulous room preparation and maintenance of smart systems.

1. Proven knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
2. BTS in Hospitality and Catering Management, BAC in Hospitality Technology, BP in Housekeeping, or CAP in Hotel Services.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Mastery of Opera Cloud software.
3. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
4. Rigorous, methodical, and well-groomed appearance.
5. Tactful and pedagogical leadership to foster team harmony.
6. Strong organizational skills and initiative.
7. Creativity and an eye for interior decoration.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.

BTS in Hospitality and Catering Management, BAC in Hospitality Technology, BP in Housekeeping, or CAP in Hotel Services.

The position offers a 4-day work week with 3 days off, a 13th month salary after one year, provided and laundered uniforms, meals at the staff restaurant, access to LVMH private sales after six months, 90% reimbursement of transportation costs, a company Uber account under eligible conditions, and secure bicycle parking.
