1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
2. Perform preliminary food preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients.
3. Receive and organize deliveries of kitchen supplies.
4. Participate in the meticulous presentation and plating of dishes, adhering to established guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the workstation, kitchen premises, and equipment.

1. CAP, BEP, or BP in Culinary Arts

1. Proficiency in culinary techniques, recipes, and product knowledge.
2. Adaptability and discipline in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
3. Autonomy and a strong desire to learn and progress under the guidance of a Chef de Partie.
4. Ability to uphold the image and professional standards of Cheval Blanc.

Experience in a similar high-end establishment is required.

CAP, BEP, or BP in Culinary Arts
