Cheval Blanc Culinary Apprentice

- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
- Perform preliminary tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients, and receiving deliveries.
- Contribute to the creation and development of dishes by following instructions and applying learned techniques.
- Support the plating and presentation of dishes, adhering to meticulous presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the workstation, kitchen, and equipment.
- CAP, BEP, or BP in Culinary Arts
- Proficiency in culinary techniques, recipes, and product knowledge
- Adaptability and discipline
- Autonomy and eagerness to learn
- Professionalism and ability to uphold the image of Cheval Blanc
- Understanding of Cheval Blanc's standards and norms
Experience in a similar establishment is required.
