1. Execute preliminary preparation tasks for ingredients.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted in accordance with the hotel's standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and equipment following HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods in compliance with HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Contribute to waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Understanding of luxury hospitality and restaurant operations.

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or significant internships in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
