1. Actively contribute to the quality of pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks, forming the foundation of culinary creations.
3. Support Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of chocolates, applying culinary techniques.
4. Participate in the refinement processes for coatings and various types of chocolates.
5. Engage in service according to hotel rules and procedures, ensuring an impeccable guest experience.
6. Assist in mise en place, ensuring meticulous presentation.

1. CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry required.
