1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and oversee the preparation and organization of the service area.
3. Contribute to the service of the assigned section, maintaining Cheval Blanc's standards of excellence.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
5. Act as an ambassador for the establishment, enhancing the guest experience from arrival to departure.
6. Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
3. Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
