- Strong technical foundation in cooking techniques and section organization.
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage preparation and service with consistency and precision.
- Passionate, disciplined, and committed to culinary excellence.
- Calm, adaptable, and composed during service.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong team spirit.
- Attentive to detail with a refined sense of presentation.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining establishment.
Professional culinary qualification or equivalent training.
