1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens and workspaces under the supervision of the Chef Stewarding.
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
3. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishware, and team areas.
4. Manage waste containers and dedicated waste areas, adhering to selective sorting guidelines.
5. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including utensil washing machines.
6. Assist in receiving goods and preliminary product preparation under the kitchen team's guidance.

1. Training in Hospitality/Catering
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong gastronomic culture
5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
