1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Contribute to the excellence of service by maintaining cleanliness and supply during service.
3. Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, ensuring a bespoke presentation.
4. Facilitate coordination and communication between the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding for a harmonious service.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy

1. Sales and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is an advantage
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
