1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Contribute to the excellence of service and guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
3. Aid in the setup and maintenance of cleanliness and supply during service at the Plénitude restaurant.
4. Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang and ensuring bespoke presentation.
5. Facilitate coordination and communication between the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.

1. Training in Hospitality/Catering
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong gastronomic culture

1. Sales and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
