- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the excellence of service and guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Aid in the setup and maintenance of cleanliness and supply during service at the Plénitude restaurant.
- Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang and ensuring bespoke presentation.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
- Training in Hospitality/Catering
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
