1. Ensure the delivery of refined bar service, creating memorable experiences for guests.
2. Assist bartenders and head bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages and cocktails, showcasing the products and expertise of Cheval Blanc Paris.
3. Participate in the setup of the bar and offices, preparation of operational materials, and organization of service.
4. Contribute to a warm welcome for guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience and anticipating their needs.
5. Engage in stock management, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
